On 13 November 2008, the Resolution Committee held the first meeting of the Informal Creditors' Committee ("ICC"), made up of representatives of key creditors of Old Glitnir.
The members of the Informal Creditors Committee (ICC) represent a broad cross-section of Old Glitnir´s global creditor base. The ICC has no formal powers, and its role is purely consultative. Members of the ICC are not remunerated and do not benefit from any special treatment in respect of any claim which its members may have against Old Glitnir.
Members of the ICC were required to enter into strict confidentiality undertakings prior to attending the meeting. Redacted versions of presentations given to the ICC at this meeting, and all subsequent meetings, are shown below.
